We are looking for a skilled construction professional project manager with 10+ year’s experience possessing solid commercial acumen with well-honed managerial capability. Competitive remunerations: $100K - $175K package



You will have an in-depth knowledge of pre-construction, construction and development within the commercial construction sector with extensive experience in all aspects of design and construction delivery. Other aspects to your skills includes strong client and consultant liaison, design/problem solving, programming and planning, estimating, subcontractor management, training of site managers/other staff.


Your New Role You will hit the ground running and take responsibility for completing projects on time and leading the construction team to deliver quality. Customer satisfaction is vital and you will be responsible for providing a friendly, courteous and outstanding service.


You will be a qualified builder with the drive and motivation to take on leadership responsibilities for more than one site. Have a strong desire for every project to be a quality one, excellent communications skills for both trades and clients, create a positive attitude on site and also be willing to share your knowledge so others can learn and develop.


Drivers license essential as well as SiteSafe Building Construction Passport and First Aid Certificate is preferred. What You'll Get In Return To the successful candidate, the company will offer a very competitive wage, company vehicle and phone. 


We are looking for a well presented, self-motivated team player with recent experience in residential or commercial construction projects to join our professional team.


You will have excellent people skills, practical building skills and not be afraid to get your hands dirty. The position is varied and will entail site work with 'hands on tools', assisting with site investigations, office work requiring competent computer skills with the ability to work in a professional office and site environment. This position will be approximately 40 hours per week with an attractive remuneration package for the right person.

The ideal candidate will have a background in construction with residential exposure and 5+ year’s experience as a Quantity Surveyor. They are looking for somebody who will stay long-term and who can hit the ground running.


  • Evaluation of contract documentation 
  • Sub contractor payments
  • Setting out bills of quantities.
  • Settlement of final accounts 
  • Site monitoring & progression reports 
  • Ongoing and Post contract administration 
  • Good at problem solving and providing effective solutions to the clients and the delivery team
  • Experience in the New Zealand Construction industry
  • Ability to cost house plans accurately and timely
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A strong understanding of contracts administration
  • Computer literate
